We show you how to do this with your logo.

Open tool, navigate to the bottom right corner of the interface where you'll find the "Edit" menu, then toggle the "Resize" option to access the resizing controls; here you can manually adjust the image width and height to 300 x 300 pixels or less. Saving this as WEBP format, then uploading to the portal!

1. Hero Image

  • Required Dimensions: 1920 x 500 pixels
  • Allowed File Types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, or WEBP
  • Size Limit: Under 1MB
  • Error Message Example: "Hero image dimensions [WIDTH]x[HEIGHT] do not match required size of 1920x500 pixels."

2. Logo

  • Maximum Dimensions: Up to 300 x 300 pixels (positive dimensions only)
  • Allowed File Types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, or WEBP
  • Size Limit: Under 500KB
  • Error Message Example: "Logo dimensions [WIDTH]x[HEIGHT] exceed maximum allowed size of 300x300 pixels."
